Scan notifications
With Pro, GoPassy sends you a notification every time someone scans one of your passes. Allow notifications when the app asks, or turn them on in iPhone Settings.
Turning them on
Allow notifications when GoPassy asks. If you said no, open iPhone Settings > Notifications > GoPassy and turn Allow Notifications on.
What they say
“Your pass was scanned!” with the pass name and which scan it was, for example its 8th scan.
If they don’t arrive
- Check notification permission in Settings.
- Make sure the pass shows a scan count in Analytics. If not, it isn’t a tracked pass.
- Sign out and back in, which refreshes the connection to your device.
