Creating a pass
A pass has three parts: your name, a link, and a headline. Free accounts can save 3 passes; Pro makes it unlimited.
The three fields
- Your name: what shows on the pass, so people know whose code they scanned.
- Your link: where the QR code sends people. LinkedIn, a portfolio, a website, a booking page, or a shared resume link all work.
- Headline: a short line under your name, like “Finance ’27 · Seeking internships” or “Campus Recruiter.”
Saving your pass
Tap Generate QR Code to preview it, then Save Pass. Saving stores it in your account, so it appears on My Passes on any device you sign in to.
Save before adding to Wallet. Scan tracking is linked to the saved pass, so adding to Wallet first means those scans aren’t counted.
How many passes you get
Free accounts keep 3 saved passes. GoPassy Pro removes the limit, which helps if you want a separate pass for LinkedIn, your portfolio, and each event.
